This is a terrific boxed set. All the stories are great. No fillers here. I really loved Stephanie Berget's Changing a Cowboy's Tune. This story is centred around rodeo and it's clear that the author knows her stuff when it comes to cowboys, rodeo and horses.Stephanie Berget's story is about Mavis and Dex. Mavis is a barrel racer whose horse, Tuneful, is the best she has owned. Dex is a successful saddle bronc rider and rancher. They've had a relationship in the past that didn't end well and they haven't crossed paths for years until Mavis returns to compete in her hometown rodeo. Dex sees Mavis and realises that even though he'd worked hard to get over her he hadn't succeeded and he's determined to get to know her again. Mavis is determined to achieve her dream of qualifying and competing at the National Finals Rodeo and Dex is not included in the plan. Dex runs the family ranch and has strong ties to his family and the land. His expectations and her dreams pulled them apart before and despite Dex's desire to mend fences with Mavis the same pressures are still in play.
Stephanie Berget's characters are real and believable. I loved watching how the relationship unfolds and grows between Dex and Mavis and how they work to find a way forward. Just loved this one and can't wait for the next read from Stephanie Berget.

This group of stories were exceptional. I enjoy a good story with a few surprises where it's the cowboys who are afraid of love when it's nipping at their boots.
Each story was good . Each author was readable. Many times one of the group is not that great not so with these.
I loved these six stories and had trouble actually stopping and getting some sleep as I finished each one. All of them were involved and kept my interest all the way through, there was never a slow moment in any of the stories. There wasn't even one book that was 'worse' than the others, they were all really great. I recommend these as a darned good read.
Started with the last book first because it was written by one of my favorites, D'Ann Lindun. She never fails to deliver a great story. Then went back and read the other five books. All wonderful stories with great characters. Can't go wrong with this boxed set. Some steamy romance scenes.
This is the perfect set if you love cowboys and the lengths they go to to capture and keep the hearts of the women they love. Six exceptional stories by six amazing authors (some were new to me and I look forward to reading more from them).
One of my favorite authors is D'Ann Lindun and her contribution to this set is Cowboy Wrecked. This book does NOT disappoint.
Luke is a bull rider convalescing at his friend Cody's new Rodeo school. His accident took place 6 months ago yet his leg was taking it's sweet time to heal properly. Another side effect of his Accident, which only his family knows, is that he is now unable to father children.
Rayanne, a school teacher, lives in Cody's town and wants nothing more than to get married and have a passel of children. When Cody invires Rayanne to his house, but is then called away by his neighbor, Luke and Rayanne meet and have a bit of an attraction. Will the broken Bull Rider and the Mommy want to be teacher be able to figure out a future together?

There comes a time in every couple’s marriage where they contemplate a different life. In this case, Rick wanted more money, which meant he had to go to Detroit where he could make Fire Chief in a short time. Only Julie loves her life on the farm, or at least she did when Rick could help.
As Rick goes to Detroit and Julie, giving up on Detroit, returns to the ranch, a seismic fault occurs in their once solid love. They aren’t a team anymore. If you played this story out in real life, it would frequently end in divorce, since each of them believe they are doing what must be done and the other one is being unreasonable. But with Melissa Keir in charge, she’ll find a way to bring them back together.
I won’t tell you how she does it, but I will promise you an HEA!
